13/05/2024 - L-02-24: Arts and Design in the Public Realm - 2024 Guidance ref: 1971    For Determination

1.    To outline the updated ‘Arts and Design in the Public Realm in Wiltshire – 2024 Guidance’ and to approve its use in securing S106 Developer Contributions for the delivery of public art.

25/04/2024 - TA-02-24: Disposals Programme Update (Colerne) ref: 1960    Recommendations Approved

To confirm the freehold interest in the asset can be sold to generate capital receipts. The freehold interest in the asset referred to in Appendix 2 are to be declared surplus and capable of review, to determine the best overall return for the council.

25/04/2024 - TA-01-24: Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans (LCWIPs): Chippenham, Devizes, Trowbridge ref: 1959    Recommendations Approved

This report outlines the progress made on the LCWIPs for Chippenham, Devizes and Trowbridge.  It summarises the work program, consultation undertaken and seeks member approval for the LCWIPs, and priority schemes put forward for each town.

(i)            The LCWIPS for Devizes and Trowbridge be approved as set out in the Background Papers. 

 

(ii)           The LCWIP for Chippenham be approved subject to some minor changes arising from consultation feedback from the Town Council and the Chippenham Cycle Network Development Group.  Changes to be delegated to the Head of Sustainable Transport.
