To:

(i)         Consider objections to the advertised proposals for parking controls at Windsor Drive and Brickley Lane, Roundway.

(ii)        Recommend the making of the Traffic Regulation Order with minor amendments to the advertised proposals.

DECISION MADE

I approve that:

(i)            The restrictions be implemented as advertised, subject to the minor amendments detailed in Appendix 3.

(ii)          The objectors to be informed accordingly.

This decision was published on 25.04.17 and will come into force on 04.05.17          

The comments set out in Appendix 2 on the various objections received indicate that it is considered appropriate to introduce the scheme with the minor amendments detailed in Appendix 3. 

To:

(i)         Implement the proposals as advertised.

(ii)        Not implement the proposals.

(iii)       Implement the proposals with amendments.

During the advertisement period a total of 15 items of correspondence have been received in response to the proposals contained within the advertised Traffic Regulation Order (TRO). Of the 15 items of correspondence received, 1 expressed support for the Council’s proposals, 13 objected with 1 matter of further comment being made.
