Decision
The Area Board nominated Councillor Helen Osborn as the nominated representative to the Extended Services Steering Group.
ii. Updates from Representatives to Outside Bodies
Transforming Trowbridge
Councillor Jeff Osborn announced that more of the large retail units in the Gateway were now occupied, with Boots and Argos having moved in. More of the smaller units were starting to open too. Plans were also developing for the Castel Place and Peter Blacks sites, and it was hoped that a joint planning application for a mix of retail and leisure would follow.
