The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman, subject to the following amendments:

Minute No 5 – Chairman’s Announcements

·         Clean for the Queen – last sentence to read:

“Carole King also stated that rubbish had been cleared from the Leigh Park area the previous weekend and the Westbury Lions Group would be meeting on 7 May at 10.00am in the Market Place.”
