Councillor Killane declared a prejudicial interest in agenda item number fourteen, in the application from Malmesbury Town Council seeking funding from the Performance Reward Grant Scheme towards a multi-use games area at St Aldhelms Mead, as a Malmesbury Town Councillor. Councillor Killane did not speak or vote and left the meeting for this item of business.
