To receive any declarations of disclosable interests or dispensations granted by the Standards Committee.

At the request of the Chair of the Area Board, officers from the Children’s Centre Project will attend the meeting to present information and to receive any questions and feedback from any person attending.

Please note that although the formal consultation process has now closed, that officers will be taking into consideration any information presented at this meeting.

This meeting is further to a parent’s consultation meeting held on the 15 of October where officers have already received information that has been fed into the formal consultation process. There will be no new information in addition to that already presented at that previous meeting. The original consultation document is presented her for background reference.
