The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting of the Warminster Area Board.

To receive any declarations of disclosable interests or dispensations granted by the Standards Committee.

There were no declarations of interest.

The Chairman will introduce any announcements included in the agenda and invite any questions.

There were no Chairman’s announcements.

The Area Board is asked to consider an application submitted by The Warminster Athenaeum Trust for the transfer of The Close Centre, Warminster.

The Chairman introduced the item and referred to the report in the agenda.

Decision

To approve the transfer subject to the matters referred to in paragraph 9 of the report.

Any other items of business which the Chairman agrees to consider as a matter of urgency.

There were no urgent items.

The next meetings of the Warminster Area Board will be on:

·       10 September – Chapmanslade Village Hall

·       5 November 2015 – Warminster Civic Centre

The Area Board noted the next date of the Area Board.
