To determine the following Councillor Initiative for a Dementia Arts Project.

The Area Board considered a Councillor Led Initiative for a Dementia Arts Project.

Decision

Alzheimers Support was awarded £1,000 towards a Dementia Arts Project.

Reason The application met the Community Area Grants criteria for 2013/14 and would benefit the community, noting that the Board agreed at its meeting in early March to work towards becoming a Dementia Friendly Community.

The next meeting of the Pewsey Area Board is scheduled for Monday 12 May 2014, 7pm at Coronation Hall, East Grafton SN8 3DB.
