Decisions

(i)            Consider objections to the advertised proposals for parking controls at various locations within Corsham.

(ii)           Recommend the making of the Traffic Regulation Order with minor amendments to the advertised proposals.

This decision was published on 2 February 2018 and will come into force on 12 February 2018.

To present the Cabinet Member for Finance with a summary of the trust fund statement of accounts information to ensure these trusts are properly managed and approved. 

This report shows the activities of the trust funds in the year ended 31 March 2017 and the Cabinet Member is asked to note the following:

Following consultation with officers I give notice that I intend to make the decision set out in the attached report.  If you would like to make any representations to me on this issue please do so by 29 January 2018. 

To ask the Cabinet Member to approve the statutory proposal published by Wiltshire Council and the governing body of Lea and Garsdon CE Primary School on 9^th November 2017. The notice proposes the enlargement of the school to provide a 1 Form of Entry (1FE), 210 place primary school and to permanently increase the Planned Admission Number (PAN) to 30 with effect from September 2019 (subject to planning approval).
