Consultation process
The Town Council was consulted prior to the advertisement process and supported the proposals. The recommendations have been discussed with the Local Members.
As a result of the public advertisement 25 letters of objection/support have been received. These are listed in Appendix 2 together with a summary of their comments. Officer comments on the points raised are set out in Appendix 3.
