School transport appeal To consider and determine a school transport appeal. Minutes: The panel heard representations and replies from the Transport Officer and the appellant and asked questions of the parties involved. Upon consideration of this information:
The panel upheld the officer’s decision to refuse free home to school transport and directed the officer to revisit the cost of a spare seat to the Appellant given information that came to light during the appeal, that the Appellant’s children were entitled to free school meals. |
