To consider passing the following resolution:

To agree that in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 to exclude the public from the meeting for the business specified in Agenda Item Numbers 5, because it is likely that if members of the public were present there would be disclosure to them of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Act and the public interest in withholding the information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information to the public.

The Committee considered whether or not to hold the meeting in closed session and it was;

Resolved:

To exclude members of the press and public for the business specified in Item no. 6 in accordance with section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, (paragraph 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act).

To consider a report on complaints from the Monitoring Officer.

The Director of Legal & Governance and Monitoring Officer, Wiltshire Council presented a Complaints Report to the Panel.

In accordance with paragraph 10 of the arrangements for dealing with complaints about the Wiltshire Police and Crime Commissioner the outcome would not be published
