Residents viewpoints, principally via the Challenge and Change Group, are incorporated into the services draft Annual Report. The draft Annual Report is agreed by the members of the Housing Board; then presented to the Environment Select Committee for their agreement or changes; and finally presented to the Cabinet for noting.
