Devizes Extra Care Scheme (Part II Item)
To seek Cabinet approval to use the [x] site in Devizes for an Extra Care Scheme following consultation with the local Working Group and approval to go out to Tender on this site through the Extra Care Framework.
The Devizes Extra Care scheme will deliver [x] units of fully adapted independent living units for older people.

Consultation process
This redevelopment forms part of the Older People Accommodation Development Strategy which has been produced in consultation with residents of Wiltshire and a community working group has been established within the Devizes area under the Area Board to progress the redevelopment of this site.
This includes taking part in site selection and, in the longer term, evaluation of tenders for this site.
