To agree the recommendation for the proposed Corsham highways maintenance schemes be adopted:

·         Dickens Avenue, Corsham

·         Church Rise, Neston

·         B3353, Corsham to Gastard

·         C155 Hither Way, Lacock to A342 Sandy Lane

Corsham Road Surfacing Programme 2018/19

To provide information on the progress made in improving the condition of the county’s roads, and advise on the road surfacing schemes to be undertaken in 2018/19

The Chairman welcomed everybody to the Springfield Campus and thanked the Corsham Band for their musical entertainment prior to the meeting.

·         That the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 17 January 2018 were agreed as the correct record.

·         Apologies were received from Cllr Ben Anderson – Wiltshire Council.

·         Declarations of Interest – Cllr Phil Whalley, member of the Pound Arts governing body (Pound Arts grant application).

The CATG meeting notes dated Wednesday 7 March 2018 were agreed as the correct record.

The recommendation for the proposed Corsham highways maintenance schemes be adopted was agreed.
