Recommendation: That under S 100A(4) of the Local Government  Act 1972, the public including the press be excluded from the meeting during the following item of business on the grounds that it was likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if members of the public excluding the appellant or his/her representative were present during this item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information as described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the said Act.
