To:

(i)            Consider objections to the advertised proposals for parking controls on Victoria Road, Warminster.

(ii)              Recommend the making of the Traffic Regulation Order as advertised.

I approve that:

(i)       The restrictions be implemented as advertised. 

(ii)      The objectors be informed accordingly.

This decision was published on 12 April 2018 and will come into force on 20 April 2018.           

The comments set out in Appendix 2 on the various objections received indicate that it is considered appropriate to introduce the scheme as advertised.

During the representation period some correspondence was received relating to the decision and call in process; there were, however, no official representations made.

To:

(i)         Implement the proposal as advertised.

(ii)        Not implement the proposal.

(iii)       Implement the proposal with amendments.

The Victoria parking proposal was generated during the latest Town Centre Parking Review undertaken in Warminster. This particular location had not been picked up during the full town centre review, but was picked up following the review. 

During the advertisement period a total of two items of correspondence were received in response to the proposals contained within the advertised Traffic Regulation Order (TRO).  Of those two letters received, two objected to the scheme.
