To approve the withdrawal of the appeal to the
employment appeal authority under reference number 1400925/2023
& Ors and to pay the claimants sums set out in Appendix
1.
This decision has been made to settle the
dispute between Emma Wallace & Ors and Wiltshire Council to
conclude this Employment Tribunal Claim. The council believes it
has acted appropriately throughout but recognises the importance of
having strong relationships and working collaboratively with the
trade unions and staff. The belief is that by concluding this
matter the council can move forward constructively and focus on the
future.
The settlement agreement is attached at Appendix 1 (Exempt), to
include a schedule of costs to settle the claims. The total cost to
the council is £40,250.

to withdraw the appeal to conclude this Employment Tribunal
