Pre-meeting information briefing

The meeting will be preceded by a presentation starting at 9.45am, in the Kennet room which will be an overview of the Wiltshire Centre for Independent Living (WCIL) with specific information on how service users can influence services through the Pioneer Project. 

All members and substitutes of the Health Select Committee are welcome to attend.

To receive a brief verbal update from attending Cabinet Members (or Portfolio Holders on their behalf) highlighting any news, successes or milestones in their respective areas since the last meeting of the committee, not covered elsewhere on the agenda.

The attached report seeks to update the committee on the mobilisation of the contract with HCRG Care Group Ltd for the provision of Integrated Community Based Care (ICBC) services on 1 April 2025.

The attached report seeks to provide an update and overview of the Home First/Reablement discharge pathway service in Wiltshire, focusing on demand and activity for the period between April 2025 to June 2025.

An overview of the Adult Social Care Key Performance Indicators for quarter 4 (January to March 2025) will be presented at the meeting.

The committee will receive an update on the progress of the Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre, information attached.

To review and approve the Committee’s forward work programme in light of the decisions it has made throughout the meeting.

To consider any other items of business that the Chairman agrees to consider as a matter of urgency.

To confirm the date of the next meeting as Tuesday 9 September 2025 at 10.30am.
