	3.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman View the background to item 3. To appoint a Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year.
	4.	Appointment of a Representative to the LHFIG View the background to item 4. The Local Highways and Footpath Improvement Group (LHFIG) operates as an informal working group making recommendations to the Area Board for approval.
