To approve and sign as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 4 January 2018.

The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

Health & Wellbeing Management Group

To award Alzheimer’s Support £3357 towards refurbishment of the new Warminster Dementia Centre.

Area Board Funding - Community Area Grants

To consider applications for funding from the Community Area Grants Scheme.

To award Maiden Bradley Village Hall £650 towards a replacement cooker.

 

To award Horningsham Parish Council £4500 towards an adventure playground.

 

To award Warminster Town Council £2400 toward community advertising banners.

 

To award Alzheimer’s Support £680.55 towards decorating materials.

 

To award All Saints Maiden Bradley Volunteer Group £250 towards their volunteer grounds group.

Community Area Transport Group

To note the CATG notes and to consider the recommendations.

10.

Urgent items

Any other items of business which the Chairman agrees to consider as a matter of urgency.

Minutes:

The CEM introduced a late grant and explained that there was a small amount of money left which would need granting before the financial year end to avoid losing the funds. The available funds would not cover the full grant cost of the project and advice had be given that the AB could agree the grant and ring post funds from the 2018/19 to fully fund the project.

To grant Chapmanslade Village Hall £2145 for PA equipment.
