Appointment of a Representative to the Local Highway and Footway Improvement Group The Local Highways and Footway Improvement Group (LHFIG) operates as an informal working group making recommendations to the Area Board for approval. Terms of Reference are set out in the attached report for information. The Area Board are invited to appoint a Lead Councillor to the LHFIG.
