Local Highway and Footway Improvement Group (LHFIG)

To note the terms of reference of the LHFIG.

 

To note the minutes and consider any financial recommendations arising from the latest LHFIG meeting held on 28 May 2025, as set out in the attached report.

 

Recommendations:

 

·       Adhoc Road Markings RWB & Cricklade area – allocate £5,000 (no 3rd party contribution)

·       C415 Broad Town speed limit implementation – allocate £3,500 (25% contribution from Broad Town PC)

·       A4361 Broad Hinton speed limit implementation – allocate £3,500 (25% contribution form Broad Hinton & Winterbourne Bassett PC)

·       Tockenham 20mph assessment. Allocate £3,100 (25% contribution from Tockenham PC)

·       RWB Rugby Club to RWB sports Club topo survey – allocate £1,800 (12.5% contribution from RWB TC and 12.5% contribution from Lydiard Tregoze PC)

·       Purton Road Cricklade 20mph assessment - allocate £3,100 (25% contribution from Cricklade TC)

·       Chelworth Upper Green, Cricklade Signs / Road markings – Allocate £4,000 (25% contribution from Cricklade TC)
