To appoint Cllr John Thomson as Chairman of Malmesbury Area Board for the 2020/21 municipal year.

To elect the Vice-Chairman of Malmesbury Area Board for the forthcoming year.

To appoint Cllr Toby Sturgis as Vice-Chairman of Malmesbury Area Board for the 2020/21 municipal year.

The Chairman will welcome those present to the meeting.

The Chairman welcomed everyone to Malmesbury Area Board and introduced the Councillors and Officers present.

To receive any apologies for absence or substitutions for the meeting.
