18.	Apologies for Absence To receive any apologies for absence. Minutes: There were no apologies for absence.
19.	Election of Chairman To appoint a Chairman for the forthcoming year. Supporting documents: Election of Chairman Procedure , item 19. PDF 56 KB Minutes: The Democratic Service Officer opened the meeting and called for nominations for the position of Chairman for the forthcoming year. Cllr Kymee Cleasby nominated Cllr Jane Davies, which was seconded by Cllr James Sheppard. There were no further nominations. Decision To appoint Cllr Davies as Chairman for the forthcoming year.
20.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year. Minutes: The Chairman nominated Cllr Kymee Cleasby to be Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year, which was seconded by Cllr James Sheppard. There were no further nominations. Decision To appoint Cllr Cleasby as Vice-Chairman for the forthcoming year.
21.	Appointment of Representative to the Local Highway and Footway Improvement Group The Local Highway and Footway Improvement Group (LHFIG) operates as an informal working group making recommendations to the Area Board for approval. Terms of Reference are set out in the attached report for information. The Area Board are invited to appoint a Lead Councillor to the LHFIG. PDF 102 KB Minutes: The Chairman nominated the Vice-Chairman to be the Area Board’s lead representative on the Local Highway and Footway Improvement Group (LHFIG), which was seconded by Cllr James Sheppard. There were no further nominations. Decision To appoint the Vice-Chairman as the Area Board’s lead representative on the LHFIG.
