To ask the Cabinet Member for Highways, Transport and Waste to consider whether the Council should grant a request from Mrs. Sharon Pearce to apply to the magistrates’ court for an order stopping-up highway rights over a section of highway adjacent to her property at 168 Littleworth Lane, Whitley on the ground that the section concerned is unnecessary for public use or any other highway-related reason.

 

The section of highway concerned is shown cross-hatched in black on the plan at Appendix 1.

07/10/2020 - HTW-08-20 - Cocklebury Road/Sadlers Mead, Chippenham, Proposed Toucan Crossing and Parking Restriction Alterations ref: 1711    Recommendations Approved

To:

 

(i)         Consider the objections received to the advertised proposal for a Toucan Crossing and amendments to parking and waiting restrictions on Cocklebury Road, Chippenham. 

 

(ii)        Recommend the making of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to implement the parking and waiting restrictions.
