1.    To outline the process for the Salisbury Business Improvement District) (BID) proposal re-ballot scheduled to take place in February 2019, in accordance with the BID Regulations (henceforward, ‘the BID Regulations’);

 

2.     To note the activity of Salisbury BID to date and the content of its business plan for a second term (2019-2024), and;

 

3.     To delegate authority to the council’s Section 151 Officer to cast the authority’s votes for its hereditaments within the proposed Salisbury BID boundary.

30/01/2019 - HTW-01-19: Puffin Crossing Installation, Trowbridge Road, Bradford-on-Avon ref: 1336    Recommendations Approved

To:

 

(i)         Consider the comments received following the formal advertisement of proposed PUFFIN signal controlled crossing on Trowbridge Road, Bradford on Avon.

 

(ii)        Recommend the installation of the crossing.

12/02/2019 - DL-01-19: Grant of 125 year lease of Canberra Youth and Development Centre, 56b, Spa Road, Melksham, SN12 7NY ref: 1335    Recommendations Approved

To seek authority for the transfer by way of a 125-year lease of the Youth and Development Centre to Young Melksham, a local registered charity who have been the tenant for the past 3 years.
