11/05/2020 - HTW-06-20: Proposed application to stop up highway at the rear of Lime Trees, Christian Malford (Kington Division) ref: 1642    Recommendations Approved

To ask the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport to consider whether the Council should grant a request from Mr. Harry Turner of 12 Lime Trees, Christian Malford to apply to the magistrates’ court for an order stopping-up highway rights over a section of highway adjacent to his property and two neighbouring properties on the ground that the section concerned is unnecessary for public use or any other highway-related reason.

 

The section of highway concerned is shown cross-hatched in black on the plan at Appendix 1.
