18/03/2019 - HTW-04-19: Proposed application to stop up highway at The Castle, Brookwater, Donhead St Andrew ref: 1368    Recommendations Approved

To ask the Cabinet Member for Highways, Transport & Waste to consider whether the Council should grant a request from Mr. and Mrs. Hay of The Castle, Broadwater to apply to the magistrates’ court for an order stopping up highway rights over land adjacent to their property on the ground that these rights are not necessary for public use. 

 

The two sections of highway concerned are shown cross-hatched on the plan at Appendix 1.
