Issue details

To provide an update on progress on the project to deliver Porton Science Park following discussions with the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership,  and to seek delegated authority for the Associate Director of Economic Development and Planning, in consultation the Leader of the Council, to enter into a Growing Places Funding Agreement with the SWLEP, and undertake the necessary  procurement process to enable the delivery of the first phase of the project.
