Transfer of land to the Wiltshire and Berkshire Canal Trust.
To seek authorisation for this Council as
landowner to transfer relatively small areas of land to the
Wiltshire and Berkshire Canal Trust in order that it may further
its aim of re-creating a navigable canal route between Semington
Junction near Melksham on the Kennet and Avon Canal to the River
Thames at Abingdon in Oxfordshire.
