To ask the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport to consider whether the Council should grant a request from Mr. Bruce Lawson of 14 Whitehill Lane, Wootton Bassett to apply to the magistrates’ court for an order stopping-up highway rights over a section of highway adjacent to his property on the ground that the section concerned is unnecessary for public use or any other highway-related reason.
