HTW-05-20: Proposed Application to Stop Up Highway Adjacent to 14 Whitehill Lane, Royal Wootton Bassett
To ask the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport to consider whether the Council should grant a request from Mr. Bruce Lawson of 14 Whitehill Lane, Wootton Bassett to apply to the magistrates’ court for an order stopping-up highway rights over a section of highway adjacent to his property on the ground that the section concerned is unnecessary for public use or any other highway-related reason.
The section of highway concerned is shown cross-hatched in black on the plan at Appendix 1

The local member, Councillor Chris Hurst, has no objection to the proposal.
