The Chairman welcomed everyone to the Broughton Gifford Village Hall.
The Chairman introduced Fleur de Rhe-Philipe, (Wiltshire Council cabinet member for Finance, Performance and Risk) who was in attendance for this meeting.
The Chairman then introduced all the Wiltshire Council members in attendance.
