Decision
The minutes of the meeting held on 28 January 2010 were agreed as a correct record of the meeting and signed by the Chairman with the following amendment.
Cllr Steve Oldrieve had reported back to the meeting that he was concerned about the management changes taking place at the Arc Theatre and the effectiveness of the advisory committee.
