To approve and sign as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 3 February 2009.

Decision

The minutes of the meeting held on 3 February 2010 were agreed as a correct record of the meeting and signed by the Chairman with the following amendment.

That Cllr Steve Petty did not declare an interest in agenda item 7(2) – Shaw & Whitley Pre-School, Community Area Grant application.
