To approve and sign as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 19 October 2010.

The minutes of the meeting held on 19  October 2010 were confirmed and signed by the chairman subject to the following amendment:

Under the list of those people in attendance it should be made clear that David Martin is the Clerk to Corsham Town Council and not a councillor.
