School transport appeal To consider and determine a school transport appeal. Minutes:
The Panel decided to exercise their discretion in order to provide a bus pass for the child for school terms 1, 2 and 3 in this academic year, with an end date of 10 February 2023. Though the Panel was not fully satisfied with the evidence provided, they chose to exercise their discretion having regard to the Appellant’s domestic circumstances. |
