recommissioning homecare provision within Wiltshire. The current
contract arrangements for homecare (Help to Live at Home (HTLAH)
Alliance) end on 31 October 2022.

external partners and the home care market in the development of
new service models. Engagement with the public will be completed
through user group organisations.
