the purchase of properties to accommodate care experienced young
people aged 16-17 and care leavers aged 18+ years; asylum seeking
young people aged 16-17 and 18+ years; and accommodation for young
people with complex needs. This paper is requesting permission to
commission providers to deliver these services.
