Review of how the Council meets its statutory duty
(507B of the Education Act 1996) to secure for young people aged
13-19 (up to 24 for young people with a learning difficulty) access
to sufficient positive leisure-time activities which improve their
well-being, and sufficient facilities for such
activities.
