The decisions are required to enable the Council to progress to the next stage of the process for expanding school provision to meet its statutory duty to secure sufficient school places. This includes some preliminary planning for Service Family Accommodation (SFA) being provided by the MOD for troops returning from Germany to Salisbury Plain.
