Capital requirement for new and replacement waste containers - Waste Services
To obtain the necessary funding required to
allow the council to discharge its statutory duty to collect
municipal waste and to allow residents to comply with the council's
waste containment policy, and enable businesses to comply with
their legal duty of care to ensure their waste is properly
contained. The use of wheeled bins is an integral tool that helps
the council manage waste arisings, thereby helping control
significant waste collection and disposal costs.
