Land at Middlefields, Hungerdown Lane Chippenham
At its meeting on 15th September 2015, the
Council's Cabinet Capital Assets Committee approved the sale of
0.59 hectares (1.45 acres) of land forming part of Middlefields,
Hungerdown Lane, Chippenham to The Orders of St John Care Trust.
The Trust no longer requires the site and therefore authority is
sought to sell the land on the open market
