Council Tax Discretionary Relief Policy for Foster Carers, Supported Lodgings Providers and Shared Lives Carers

As part of the Council’s priority activity to protect vulnerable people, and to support the recruitment and retention of foster carers for children in care, Supported Lodgings providers and Shared Lives carers, Cabinet is asked to consider this provision of exemption from paying Council Tax for approved carers of these types.
