1. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN 2006/07

The Area Seminar is asked to elect a Chairman

NB In accordance with Article 10.03 (g) (ii) of the West Wiltshire District Council Constitution, the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of each District Area Seminar shall be a member of West Wiltshire District Council, but may not be a member of the Cabinet of the District Council.

2. APPOINTMENT OF VICE CHAIRMAN 2006/07

The Area Seminar is asked to nominate a Vice Chairman. See note above.

To receive declarations of interest from Members in respect of matters contained in this agenda, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 2000 and the West Wiltshire District Council Code of Conduct.
