DECISION MADE

I approve that the proposal be proceeded with as advertised.

This decision was published on 17 March and will come into force on 25 March 2017.

Reasons for the decision:

(i)         Proceed with the proposals as advertised.

(ii)        Not proceed with the proposals.

Other reasons / organisations consulted

The proposal was subject to formal advertisement between 20 January and 13 February 2017.  During the advertisement period a total of five items of comment were received, of which one was an objection.  This report deals with the comments made in relation to the proposed calming features.
