To consider three comments in relation to the time restrictions of the proposed parking bays on Kingston Road, Bradford-On-Avon  and the request to amend the proposed off-street parking to a two hour restriction (see Appendix 2).

I approve the implementation of the proposals with amendments.

This decision was published on Tuesday 3 October 2017 and will come into force on Wednesday 11 October 2017.

Adjacent businesses would benefit from on-street parking for a longer period of time to facilitate trade.

To:

(i)         Implement the proposals as advertised.

(ii)        Not implement the proposals.

(iii)       Implement the proposals with amendments.

Consultations have been undertaken with the Fire Service, Police and Ambulance Service and also with the relevant bus companies, the Town Council and the Local Member.  Advertisements have been posted in the local press and notices were posted in prominent positions at the site (see Appendix 1).
