(i)             Consider responses to the advertised proposals for the introduction of School Keep Clear restrictions to the Traffic Regulation Orders applicable for West Ashton.

(ii)            Recommend the making of the Orders.

DECISION MADE

I approve that the decision to proceed with the proposals should be made.

This decision was published on 08 August 2019 and will come into force on 16 August 2019.

It is considered that the responses provided in Appendix 1 adequately address the objections and comments made.

To:

(i)             Implement the proposals as advertised.

(ii)            Not implement the proposals.

A consultation via the Traffic Regulation Order process was carried out from 3 May 2019 until 3 June 2019.  Notices were placed in the location and in the local press.
