To:

 

(i)             Consider the objection received to the advertised proposal for a 20-mph speed restriction in the village of Upper Wraxall.

 

(ii)            Recommend the making of the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to implement the 20-mph limit as per the advertised proposal.

(i)             The 20-mph speed restriction be implemented as advertised.

 

(ii)            The objector be informed accordingly.

 

This decision was published on 10 February 2020 and will come into force on  18 February 2020.

The extents of the proposed 20-mph speed limit were agreed with North Wraxall Parish Council prior to the formal advertisement process. 

 

During the statutory advertisement period a single objection was received in response to the proposals.
