Purpose:
To:
(i) Consider comments and objections to the advertised proposals for an amendment to the Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) applicable for Melksham Community Campus Car Park, Melksham, Wiltshire.
(ii) Recommend the making of the Orders.
Decision:
Following consultation, I give notice that I have made the decision set out in the attached report.
This decision was published on 6 November 2023 and will come into force on 14 November 2023.
Reasons for the decision:
The Order to be implemented to prevent long-stay parking for non-campus users.
Alternative options considered:
To:
(i) Implement the TRO as advertised.
(ii) Not implement the TRO.
(iii) Implement the TRO with amendments.
